Gingery...Butter Milk

Summer is here...Need more fluid to Beat this Heat. Butter Milk being an easy to make drink it's very healthy too....

Ingredients
Curd - 1 Cup
Chilled water - 250 ml
Green Chilli - 1
Ginger - 1 '' piece
Salt as per taste

Procedure
  1. Blend the curd, green chilli, ginger along with salt till the ginger and chilli's are mixed properly.
  2. Now remove to a bowl and add water.
  3. Stain it before you serve.
